If group has already completed ‘An Introduction to Ecotherapy’ workshop, this course may run over 5 weeks

A tailored course using the widely endorsed and recognisable 5 Ways to Wellbeing as a framework, and applying Ecotherapy principles and practice.

Imbedded in your own community using local venues, resources and co-facilitators to ensure learning, experience and connection is meaningful and sustainable.  

As a bespoke course, content details will vary, but broadly consist of sessions in gardening / permaculture, care farming, grounding, forest bathing, fly fishing, walking, foraging and equine assisted therapy with emphasis on mental health benefits.
